I moved into a new office building several months ago.  I love the place. It has all the amenities; great reception area, floor-to-ceiling windows, a kitchen to die for and covered parking.  But one of the things that continues to make an impression on me is the restroom. It used to be that Pilates generally pulled from a pretty high income demographic of professionals in finance jobs , insurance, banking, and sales with a few corporate honchos and artists thrown into the mix. Now the demographic has changed (in a good way) and become a bit more open, with students and lower to middle income folks appreciating the pain free strength and more studios and teachers willing to teach groups and offer lower prices. A win-win!...

An interesting question: Hi, well to begin with I heard that Pilates really helps in making the calves thinner. I’m very very slim and have big calves, and it’s really really putting me down.
