Pilates Studio Flooring

Another thing I am noticing as I teach around NYC is studio flooring. When I opened my studios in the US and Providenciales flooring was always a major concern, both from a teaching all day and from a client perspective. I ended up typically with industrial carpet or hard wood floor, but have also researched garage floor tiles and other comfortable yet strong flooring. Tags: garage floor tiles

Fitness instructors can avoid burnout by A. teaching three to four classes daily. B. always doing a full workout each time they teach. C. avoiding the temptation to lie flat on their backs for any great length of time.... 
Your Pilates Business – Signs
When I opened my first small Pilates studio I was amazed at how many signs a business is required to have by law. You must have bathroom signs and clear fire exit signs even if you are in a small room and the exit is obvious.
