When we are young we do not think about our heart very much. We take our hearts for granted unless we have heart health issues. When it comes to exercising we tend to jump into the process and do it without considering whether we are helping or hurting the most important muscle in our body. I would like to offer some insight in how to see if you improving or hurting your heart.
