
Achieve 8% Body Fat (Or Less!) With a Targeted Cardio Workout Routine

Anyone guy that wants a well defined set of six pack abs should aim for a body fat percentage less than 8%. Granted, the right type of lighting from above can create an appearance of sharply defined abs, but having a six pack that is viewable in any lighting condition is only the product of a lean body.
