My BFF in the kitchen is an all-around non-stick sauté pan that is big enough to cook fried chicken, dumplings, fast stir-fry, fried rice, fried eggs, frittatas, spaghetti or pasta sauces, tossing pasta in, and pretty much anything that needs to be sautéed.
